CH30 Kimberlite

CH-30 Kimberlite

*Information in this current blog is based on information obtained up to mid 2018 and should be considered legacy at this time and should no longer be relied upon.*

This kimberlite was discovered via core drilling in the summer of 2010 exploration program.

A total of 2 drillholes were completed for a drilled length of 229 metres

Excerpt: (August 4th, 2010)

"The CH-29, CH-30 and CH-32 kimberlites were discovered by drilling magnetic geophysical anomalies with estimated surface expressions of 0.5 to 1.0 hectare. At each of the discoveries, two inclined holes were drilled across the kimberlite from the same setup. CH-29 is represented by a magnetic low anomaly, and CH-30 and CH-32 are associated with magnetic high anomalies"

It looks like the drill core was never tested by caustic fusion.

This will need to be tested at some point in the future before removing from the mine plan.

Testing deferred.
